INSPIRATION A world without art is unthinkable- it is all around us and within us. Yes, it’s even right here at home down under. New York -inspired restaurant, Gramercy Bistro offers American-styled food like significant-sized plates of egg benedict, cheesecake, sandwiches, burgers and salads with a selection of wines and cocktails to complement your meals and is conveniently available for anyone from the crack of dawn at 6:30 in the morning until late. An aesthetically furnished Chinese restaurant, HuTong Dumpling Bar is open for dinner each night, and also facilitates two dining areas and a bar. Popular dumpling dishes are served including Xutong Xiao-long-bao and Hutong Peking roast duck. It entails traditional Chinese décor with a modern touch.
