You are looking at Perth’s 140 year old State Buildings and now the new COMO THE TREASURY Hotel, part of the Cathedral Square development, the new coming Cathedral Square will become the heart of Perth city. The project is designed by Perth-born, Singapore -based architect Kerry Hill who is well known for his work with many hotel projects including Aman Resorts. The 48 rooms at COMO feature a muted colour tone and neutral hues reflecting the Western Australian landscapes, and freestanding baths and twin travertine basins in every bathroom.
Most parts of the State Building’s ground floor are open for public except the area showing above which is designed solely for COMO hotel guests’ checking-in and resting.

COMO The Treasury is part of Christina Ong’s Singaporean COMO chain, she’s also the creator of Cub21Global.
The Treasury building from the 19th Century is now called the State Buildings which is where the new COMO Treasury located
The whole Cathedral Square Project costs 700 million Australian Dollars
