Jiawa and I had a great time at Elements of Byron Resort, starting from their restaurant at our checking-in. A seasonal, organic, local styled and healthy oriented breakfast menu plus you can choose to enjoy your meal from either sitting at their newly designed restaurant, looking out their stunning infinity pool, warming up next to their fire pit or checking out closely to the fire oven.  When you are enjoying your meals here, dont forget to really check out  and feel this place: Every aspect of the resort has been informed by the location and landscape. The main pavilion follows an organic and feminine form – low impact, single story, blurring the lines between interior and exterior spaces. In this way, it mimics the forces of nature; there are no harsh lines, every built form feels responsive to the elements – hugging a central space, or leading to new discoveries.
