There are only a few hotels in Perth and they are also priced in high ranges. However, in addition to the affordability, Mount Lawley has an incredible relaxed high-end living atmosphere. If you were to ask me where I would choose to live in Perth, I would absolutely tell you Mt. Lawley or Leadville. After all, North Perth is like the South Yarra or Prahran for me, except the weather is much better plus there is the Beatty Park Aquatic Centre (50 m outdoor pool) and Beatty Park for family leisure and relaxation.
