Stayed at one of my favourite riad in Marrakech – Bliss Riad Hotel, read below for reasons why.
Super happy to experience this amazing Riad hotel – Bliss Riad Hotel! Compare to other riads located inside the old souk, Bliss Riad is a quite big riad and the rooms are bigger than average riads here in Marrakech. If you prefer a bigger hotel room while you are travelling, this would be a perfect choice. The interior is also quite different from most other riads. The Bliss riads has reception, so it is quite convenient if you want to ask for something. Most guest houses or Airbnb here in Marrakech will hire security guy or a helpers , but most of the them only speak French not English, so it is a great idea to have a professional reception.
The Bliss Riad is also at a super location, it is right inside the Souk market, opposite a dry cleaning / laundry shop, I mean yes! because it has been such a pain for travellers like me to find a place to laundry since I stayed mostly at Airbnbs here in Morocco. The Bliss Riad also have pick up / transportation services, it is more expensive compare to outside services, but the driver can also guide you back to the hotel if you don’t know the way in or out of the Souk. Another great thing about the Bliss Riad hotel is that they have in-house spa/massage. It was not the greatest massage I have ever had, but I guess I am expecting too much from Morocco massages after months of massages from Bangkok and Bali. But what I was quite happy that I can just go get a massage in my bathrobes within the hotel, who has the energy to get dressed again and walk back to the hotel after a long day in Marrakech?
