This Saturday, we celebrated the launch of the new summer afternoon tea menu at Cafe Gray Deluxe at The Upper House Hong Kong. Matter of fact, the Swire Hotels is one of my favourite hotel brands, I stayed at The Opposite House for my birthday 2 years ago. Also, The East Beijing is literally my second home whenever I am in Beijing.

Back to the topic, the new Summer Afternoon Tea menu at the Cafe Gray Deluxe is just as stylish as anything you can find from Matches Fashion – featuring summer favourite flavours such as yuzu, guava, orange blossom and many! See below how chef Krzysztof Czerwinski and his team created these crazy good looking sets inspired by Matches Fashion.

EAST BEIJING HOTEL

East Beijiing is my favourite hotel to stay when I am in Beijing, the minimal interior here at the hotel is very hard to find anywhere else in China. As a five star luxury hotel, East Beijing’s price is somehow much lower than other hotels, since the location is not extremely central. But there is a huge shopping centre you can visit from level 2 of the hotel, so you can basically just live “inside” the shopping mall for a few days and relax.
