What Does Your Boyfriend Wear On A Sunset Date When It Is Too Hot
October 8, 2015Summer vibe strong, always dress to impress.
During early spring in Melbourne, One of my pleasure is to be one of the first dressed in light weighted suits with the breezy wind and beautiful early afternon sun kisses while others are still soaked in cozy greys from winter.I am just testing these suits for you. Hmmmm, yes they are so good and feather weighted, you definitely should have one for the hot summer.
For your reference, the material for the suit is :
During the season of sweater solo-ing, the only thing better than a grey chunky sweater would be a camel sweater. It is the beautiful temperature out there, we would love to see relaxing and earth colours by nature. I am pairing my H&M Studio AW15 camel sweater with a military/olive green long-line tee and black skinny jeans to creat a desert look and maybe to catch up a little bit of Yeezy effect. #neutraltones
Hobart is a booming travel attraction with unique peaceful and natural surroundings to wonder and visit for a summer escape getaway or that adventure you have yearned for so long. Travel past Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne and head further south to another capital city that has a lot to offer than one may have thought! So here, we give you five reasons to travel to Tasmania by visiting the top five places in Hobart!
At first we thought we were lost but then we realised that we were not lost at all! We found the place where we need to be. As we were venturing our way to Mt Wellington we randomly found ourselves in a beautiful open field near Hall Street. Hobart is not a place that’s lost or forgotten, but instead it’s filled with adventures and new discoveries.

But first things first, drop your bags at the famous Islington Hotel Hobart. As we still could admire the views of Mount Wellington from the luxe hotel, check out the stylish furnished rooms, their large green gardens, the vegetables and their grown fruits in their hotel backyards. When you are feeling like you just need to take a moment to relax, especially if you are jet-lagged from your travels then enjoy their bubble baths and Aesop Skincare included in the bathroom to cater your luxurious experience. So now you are calmed and pampered let’s go on and continue the adventure in this amazing city called Hobart!

The best things in life are free. A favourite amongst the locals, the Salamanca Market is a must visiting hotspot on Saturday mornings. Jump from stall to stall and be oared by artisan jewellery, clothing, vintage pieces, handmade items, pottery, plants and flowers. Perhaps one that everyone looks forward to is the food. Hobart is known for their eccentric tastings with fresh local produce along with delicious coffee and brunch. Facing the Hobart waterfront are one-of-a-kind sandstone warehouses at the Salamanca Place which is known as one of Tasmania’s well-known landmarks.
If you didn’t come to Mona, you didn’t come to Hobart -end of story.
Located within the Moorilla winery, MONA(Musuem of Old and New Art) is not just the best of Hobart but it is the best of Australia. From the antiques to contemporary- it would definitely like being a kid at the candy store for any art lover. Trust us when we say that it would be an unforgettable experience where you will take with you more knowledge as well as memories. If you are unsure about your travel plans then MONA might have the answers to your worries so make sure you check out MONA Pavilions.
CORNELIAN BAY Boathouse is one of those hidden places that only the locals know about. Joshua brought me here because I couldn’t stand missing out on a chance to capture beautiful photography as all the surrounding houses sit on the water with waterfront views and are painted in different colours. It is the perfect place for an afternoon run around the water.
I always look at Versace Runway for inspos during the hot days. It always have this great balance between bold and elegance.
SYDNEY INSIDER : SIMPLYMONOCHROME.CO’S FAVOURITE BRUNCH CAFES
October 1, 2015We asked help from Sydney based creative male blogger / Instagrammer Tim Lo ( @SIMPLYMONOCHROME.CO ) ( currently in London ) for his very recommendations what’s on his Sydney top cafe list, we not only stole all his crazily popular photos he put on Instagram but also got some good tips picking the best cafes for your very different tastes.
Location: The Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA) is less than five minutes walk, easiest way to get here is by ferry or train at Circular Quay station.
34 Harrington St, The Rocks NSW 2000 (02) 8220 9999
This cafe is right next to the Harbour Rocks hotel, there is even a “insiders” secret door connected to the Harbour Rocks hotel’s lobby, if you are staying at the hotel, feel free to come down for a coffee with your dressing gown. The Harbour Rocks hotel is where all the Modern Family crew stayed back years ago.
2. Anita Gelato
Location: next to Central Park, not far from China Town, Central Station or Broadway Shopping Centre. Weekends surely it is crowded, try come in early since they open at 7 am when nobody is there!
3. Edition Coffee Roasters ( editioncoffeeroasters.com )
265 Liverpool St, Darlinghurst NSW 2010.
That is the Japanese minimal space Jiawa Liu has been craving for for a long time. She even failed to find one in Japan. Tim and I found this quiet little corner in a sunny afternoon, how lucky. Unluckily, their famous Black rice, lemon curd and raw chocolate pudding was sold out. 🙁 but their other Japanese style breakfasts are just as nice.
4. Orto Trading Co. ( ortotradingco.com )
38 Waterloo Street, Surry Hills
Tim decided to pay this café a visit after seeing its appearance on Margaret Zhang’s Instagram and it certainly did not disappoint. The food tasted just as good as they looked and the outdoor tables make it a prime spot for some good flatlay actions for the food bloggers.
5. Brewtown Newtown ( Brewtownnewtown.com )
6-8 O’Connell Street, Newtown
This is one of the places I would visit over and over again because of a few reasons. It has an amazing menu and some of tastiest and most satisfying pastries out there! Don’t forget to show up earlier on the weekends as it tends to get quite busy.
6. Autolyse Sydney ( Autolyse.com.au )
RB10/28 Broadway Street, Chippendale NSW 2008 (02) 8074 9458
One of the most popular Canberra bakeries Autolyse opened earlier this year in Sydney city but has since been forced to shut down. Lets hope they will come back soon with their yummy macarons!
7. York Trading & Co. ( Yorktradingco.com.au )
28 York Street, Sydney
No time for coffee? Why not just hop in and take a snap of the interior!
8. Pottery Green Bakers
For people love baguettes , you are coming to the right place ! They have a large selection of flavours! but this place isn’t that close to town, so if you happen to be in Gordan, make sure you come by.
4 St Johns Ave, Gordon NSW 2072. Phone:(02) 9499 8799
With a Vietnamese based menu, Pottery Green Bakers delivers a great range of comfort foods from their signature beef pho to your typical eggs benedict with salmon.
The successive café that opened after the original Devon café located in Surry Hills. Besides the amazing cronuts, coffees and brunches I had there, the cool vibes and friendly staffs are also why I enjoy going to this place!

October 1, 2015How do you style a boring white collar shirt ?
How do you wear bright yellow colour?
How do you wear mini A shaped skirt ?
What colours do you wear with short blonde hair ?
What colour outfits do you wear with a tanned colour leather bag ?
All these questions can be solved by Laurie Young‘s outfit from Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week earlier this year in April.
