As you would have seen from my Instagram and Snapchat, Jiawa and I have just checked in at The Old Clare Hotel in Chippendale, Sydney. And we found this beautiful minimal residential building just cross the street near the Central Park Broadway and the Kensington Social.

Lately everyone seemed to be very busy with their two hands, aint nobody got time for shoulder bags or clutches, so backpack trend it is. Being lazy and with the excuse of minimalism, I, have only shown a few simple minimal collection here. The simpler, the hotter. So it is.
