Here are some of my favourite spots to visit and to take photos in Hong Kong ( updated 2019 edition).
1. Nathan Road and Jordan Road.
These are the two of the biggest and busiest streets in Kowloon area. You will see all the retro neon signs and bright lights here. Be ready for a long walk along Nathan road.
2. Temple Street Night Market
The biggest flea night market in Hong Kong. Getting here: MTR Yau Ma Tei Station or Jordan Station.
3. Lok Wah South Estate Carpark.
This is one of the most photographed and Instagrammed places in Hong Kong.
4. Victoria Peak
A great place to start your day and to watch sunrise. There are so many people to visit here during the day and in the evenings.
5. Old Town Central Art Walk
Getting here: Central or Hong Kong MTR station. Then walk to Graham street and Hollywood Road.
6. Yick Cheong Building (The Monster Building)
6. The Instagram Pier
7. Jumbo Floating Restaurant
If you are around Wong Chuk Hang (黄竹坑) or the Ocean Park, make sure to check out the Jumbo Floating restaurant on the water. Yes! It is a restaurant on a boat. I happened to stay at the Ovolo Southside while visiting this area.
8. North Point Market
Not that I came to visit this place in particular but I happened to stayed at the hotel M1 North Point. It is pretty cool to see the trams passing through the middle of a crowded market.
Below is my Hong Kong photo diary from here and there.
