WHAT IS THE MOST EFFECTIVE WEIGHT-LOSS DIET I AM USING (SCIENTISTS APPROVED) 2020 VERSION

It is said that “the Growth Hormone“(GH) is playing one of the most important roles in the fat-burning process, so how to stimulate “the Growth Hormone”?




My answer is Keto Diet and INTERMITTENT FASTING.

I simply follow the following rules in my diet:

  1. no carbs (e.g. corns, beans, bread, wheat, grains) they NOT even supposed to be in your diet! (read more here)
  2. No sugar but maybe high fat (e.g. nuts, fatty meat but NOT super lean meat, full-cream milk (avoid low-fat milk, the fat is good for you! And if you can replace your dairy by almond milk, that is even better!)
  3. No vegetable oils except coconut oil, avocado oil, and olive oil
  4. No snacks between meals (food intakes will spike your insulin levels but lower your growth hormone levels, and intermittent fasting is also super great for your anti-aging and body’s self-repairing ).

What do I actually eat every day:

  • 8 AM: 1 tsp organic apple cider vinegar + water + lemon
  • 9 AM: Matcha Road grass fed collagen peptides + matcha tea powder
  • 10 AM: Amazing Grass Raw Reserve green powder I only add them with water sometimes with freshly squeezed lemon juice because I am afraid other fruity juice will trigger my insulin level and which is also bad for my Growth Hormones.
  • I take my protein shakes (topped with my Raw Reserve powder – 1 tsp) before and after my weights workout. if I don’t workout I do my Intermittent fasting for as long as I can)
  • I love to have fish, cheese, salad, and fruits for my meal. I only use Bragg organic seasoning dressing for my green salad.

when I am doing computer works staying at home (which means no going-out, no photoshoot), I avoid food intake as long as I can, as you may already know, the longer the fasting is, the more your body is repairing itself – that includes ANTI-AGING! If more activities involved during my day, I eat more proteins and fat such as olive oil fried eggs (5-6), salmon etc. BTW eating more eggs will NOT trigger your cholesterol level.

If you think this sounds extreme to you, at least try to cut sugar out of your diet first, instead of completely giving up on carbs. It may take you 2 weeks or more to get used to consuming no sugar in your diet, you may suffer a little bit in the evening but you CAN get over it! Even if you fail during the process, don’t give up. If you failed 20 times, keep trying! You are one of The Resistance.

Clear your mind! Make sure you know what you’re doing. Why are you trying to lose weight? Succeed in weight-loss/fat-loss is not a destination, it is not the end, what you gonna do after you succeed? You can’t lose fat before you become healthy. Once your diet and rituals are healthy, it is hard to gain weight. Once you understand how harmful carbs and sugars are to your physics and mind, you won’t want to go closer to them once again. I had my cravings, I had my struggles, I gained weight, I lost weight, but now I am back on my track, my mind is clearer than ever. I DONT have a goal really, I don’t check my weight, because eat and live like this is just part of me. I eat more carefully and live more carefully in 2020 because: 1. I understand how important to “love myself” before anything else and of course 2. The virus situation we are all suffering right now. Nothing is more important than a healthy body and mind in 2020.

I am personally obsessed with the Raw Reserve since

  3. Even though I try my best to eat 2 servings of vegetable per day, but eating more than 16 kinds of greens & seeds are definitely impossible neither affordable. I simply put the Raw Reserve into my coffee, collagen drink, salad or just water. So it is an effortless step to be added into my daily rituals.
